This a 5 star product. I’ve been using it for about 10 years. I need volume and this is the only product on the market that can create volume. I put it on almost dry hair – not too wet and not completely dry. I massage some on the roots to hold the roots up so it gives some lift and the hair doesn’t flatten, and I tiny bit on the ends to create a bit of messy look. Sometimes I blow dry a little without brushing but many times just let it air dry with the product on. I take it with me to my hairstylist and use it after haircuts. It makes the cut perfect. Absolutely NO substitute for this glue. Love the texture of it and smells great. Stores have the wax but not the glue. I have to ask them to order it and they always ask me about it. I think people don’t know how to use this for styling. But really, it is the best to create volume and I can’t leave without it.
