Love this shampoo as a break from my moisturizing shampoo. I have fine, wavy hair and sometimes like a deep cleansing shampoo to revive shine and remove buildup, but also be gentle and non-drying. This shampoo is perfect and I love the citrusy fresh smell!

This shampoo and conditioner really adds noticeable volume to my long hair, leaving it full of body, yet still manageable. I thought it would leave it all fly away, like static electricity does. LOL Nope! They just leave my hair full of volume like no other products have ever done. Out of all the Giovanni products I have tried, I love this line the most! So. Started using this a week ago and it does seem to add some volume to my totally limp, fine hair. Impressed with that. 1 star knocked as it could stand to smell a bit better. It isn't bad, just not amazing. 1 more star knocked for lack of customer service. Before purchasing my order, I emailed them to get advice on which volume line to buy, this one or the Root 66. I never got a reply! So since they refused to help me, I had to just go ahead and buy them both to try. Now, I just got an email from them saying I'd get a discount code for leaving a review. It also says "contact me with any questions or advice for your hair type!" LIKE UHH, I DID, AND YOU GUYS IGNORED ME? So I am a little salty about that, I just think it was unprofessional. But setting my salt aside, this is a nice shampoo that makes my absolutely horrible hair much less horrible looking.
